Blood Donor Day Sees Delhi’s City X-Ray & Scan Clinic Championing Life-saving Initiative
City X-Ray & Scan Clinic, known for its exceptional diagnostic services, recently organized a blood donation camp in Delhi on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day. Partnering with Guru Nanak Dev Charitable Blood Centre, the clinic orchestrated this initiative with the intent of addressing the critical blood shortage in India.
The clinic and its associated charitable blood center focused on educating participants on the vital importance of donating blood, and the life-saving difference it makes, particularly in a country where someone needs blood every two seconds.
The camp saw 23 individuals, including the clinic’s staff, stepping forward to donate blood. Donors were acknowledged with appreciation certificates, and refreshments were provided to ensure their well-being.
